418 Feet. 100 Rappellers. 31 Stories.

No other event can promise this adventure.

Seek a new summit. Inspire hope and change in our community. Join the Philadelphia Outward Bound School (POBS) as a partner for Building Adventure 2015, a high-adventure rappel fundraiser from atop the Center City skyline. Your support helps us meet the challenge of educating Philadelphia’s leaders of tomorrow.

Thirty-one stories above Center City, fundraising Philadelphians take to the skies in Building Adventure, an annual high-adrenaline fundraiser supporting scholarships for programs of the Philadelphia Outward Bound School. Take to the skies with us on Thursday, October 22 and Friday, October 23! For the past three years, Mayor Nutter and other politicians, Philadelphia business leaders, sports icons, students, teachers and local area youth have participated.  This year’s adventure is 31 stories – 418 feet – down Brandywine Realty Trust’s One Logan Square Building in Center City. Now in its fourth year of thrilling philanthropy, Building Adventure is designed to reflect Philadelphia Outward Bound School’s mission to change lives through challenge and discovery, and replicates our organization’s innovative youth development work. Participants bravely mirror what POBS’ outdoor education programs encourage young people to do every day: challenge themselves, discover untapped potential, and use it to make positive change in the world.  Sign up to rappel and experience the thrill of your year!
