This summer expedition is equal parts rejuvenation and professional development. Participants come from a variety of disciplines in educational settings which allows for meaningful collaboration.
This course is a unique way to take another look at: Advanced group facilitation, how to teach to different learning styles, and how to incorporate learning-by-doing principles back in the classroom. You will also learn to teach skills that are critical to student success such as leadership styles, resilience, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and decision making.
The ideal applicant brings an open mind and is up for a new challenge. Educators Expedition Alumni are welcome as are up to two educators per school / organization.
