Join us for a special morning gathering! On May 5th, we’ll be circling up at our scenic HQ in The Discovery Center for Partner Breakfast 2025 to celebrate the beginning of our Spring program season and explore our work connecting students to each other, to the natural world, and to their own potential for resilience and leadership.

We’ll be joined by Brandon Hoover, the Conservation and Recreation Specialist for the State of PA (who has been leading the state’s efforts to plan for equitable access to our shared green spaces); Julian Saavedra and Kate Mullen, Assistant Principals at Roxborough High School; and Emily Della Fera, POBS’s Associate Director of School District Partnerships, who will be discussing how we use data and feedback from partner groups to build stronger and more focused programs.

We’ll also hear from POBS graduates from Roxborough HS about their experiences out on Outward Bound courses.

Students from Roxborough, George Washington, and Strawberry Mansion High Schools will also be preparing to head out on 5-day backpacking and canoeing expeditions in the Delaware Water Gap – after our morning program, we will take a short tour of the site as students are packing up. Join us!
