Come out and join Philadelphia Outward Bound School for an in-person screening of the documentary Expedition Reclamation, highlighting the stories of a dozen women of color and how they formed powerful relationships with the outdoors. Through their journeys, they challenge the definition of who is typically seen as “outdoorsy” and seek to build a reciprocal relationship with the land that honors local indigenous cultures and peoples.

The film will be followed by a virtual talkback session with filmmaker Rebekah Graham and a panel discussion with women of color sharing their stories of connection with nature right here in Philadelphia. We hope you can join us for an evening of storytelling and inspiration!
