Join us for a special morning gathering! On May 6th, we’ll be circling up at our scenic HQ in The Discovery Center for an Expedition Launch Partner Breakfast to celebrate the beginning of our Spring program season and to discuss the partnership approach and social-emotional learning outcomes we’re shaping here at Outward Bound.

We’ll be joined by Dr. Claire Robertson-Kraft, founder and president of ImpactED; Dr. Crystal Edwards, principal at the W.D. Kelley School; Kim Glodek, POBS Director of Education and Partnerships, and Emily Della Fera, POBS’s Associate Director of School District Partnerships, who will be discussing how we use data and feedback from partner groups to build stronger and more focused programs. We’ll also hear from POBS students about their experiences out on POBS courses.

That morning, we’ll also have students from Swenson Arts & Tech High School, The LINC, and Kensington HSA preparing to head out on 5-day backpacking and canoeing expeditions in the Delaware Water Gap – after our morning program, we will take a short tour of the site as students are packing up. Join us!
