First Annual Discovery Fest Brings Out the Crowds!
Some 500-600 people came out for the inaugural Discovery Fest on Saturday, October 1st for a thrilling day of family-friendly fun! We opened our adventure elements to the community, offering canoeing, ziplining, and rock climbing along with bird tours, community tables, food trucks, and other exciting activities hosted by POBS and other organizations. POBS 30th Anniversary Gala a Smashing Success!
In recognition of 30 years of POBS, we held our Trailblazer Gala, where we came together to dine and hear stories of POBS’s three decades of delivering impactful programs to over 70,000 students. The program included Some moving alumni stories and the presentation of the inaugural Founders Award to our three founders: Michael Nutter, Nancy Goldenberg, and Tim Greenwood (pictured).
